Spearmint tea

Around 20 per cent of women in their 20s and 30s suffer from acne. If you’re one of these women or if you want to banish bad skin from your life, we suggest you swap your caffeine hit for a hot and relaxing cup of spearmint tea if you want fabulous, clear skin. A hormone called androgen can cause spots, acne and blocked pores. To stop the negative effects of androgen and to clear up your skin, drink spearmint tea. Flawless skin might just be a sip away.

Raw oats are fantastic for your tresses because they are rich in zinc, b vitamins and silicia.  This combination will help to keep your hair strong, thick and should limit those hair breakages.
